YES! Anti virus software is VERY important to have. We do not provide the software for you, but we recommend you purchase E-Scan for your computer.
Currently our wireless customers do not have a usage limit. However, we offer 3 different High Speed (DSL) packages and the limit for each depends on the package. The package limits are as follows:
Lite (5 Gigs)
Standard (30 Gigs)
Heavy (75 Gigs)
We accept interac, cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, preapproved debit (PAD) and/or e-mail money transfers, pay pal as well as online bill payment through TD Canada Trust. Give us a call (519-845-0034) if you have any questions about setting up payments.
Speeds can be from 512 Mbps to 8 Mbps. All DSL speeds depend on the length of copper wire in your phone line between you and the closest bell exchange.
Contact us by telephone (519-845-0034), we'll verify who you are and we'll reset your password.
Go to Webmail & make sure you can log into your email. This verifies your username & password. If you were able to log into webmail your e-mail program (Outlook / Thunderbird) settings will need to be checked. We can do that with you over the phone. Give us a call 519-834-0034. If you're unable to log into webmail, we'll verify who are you, check your username & reset your password.
Also, if you're using Outlook Express make sure your settings are correct. The server requires authentication.

In the window that opens: Click on "Servers" Tab
